Education
Dr. Pritish Pawar, M.D, Ph.D., obtained his medical degree (MD) from B. J. Medical College, Pune, in India. He then moved to the United States and obtained his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in molecular biology from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, AL, USA. Then he did his adult neurology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI followed by a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualifications
Dr. Pawar has published several scholarly articles and case reports in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to a book chapter, and presented his research in several conferences. Additionally, he has been honored with multiple awards for his presentations at national and international conferences. His primary objective is to deliver compassionate patient care by adhering to the highest treatment standards, focusing on patient education, and ensuring effective communication with the patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
Dr. Pritish Pawar has been practicing as a neurologist in the Valley since 2013.
